include blocks and other manipulatives, sensory play, pretend play, puzzles, writing, art in many forms, math, science, and literacy.

​​Circle Time...

is used to develop conversation skills by learning songs, finger plays, discussing weather and practicing alphabet and foreign language skills.  Sharing personal experiences builds self-esteem while learning to be part of a group.  Reading stories together helps the children connect to their imaginations, and to the wider world.

Foreign Language...

is investigated during circle time and throughout the morning.  French songs, greetings and phrases, American Sign Language finger spelling, and Spanish counting are among the topics explored.

Music...

is always a part of our day.  Singing at circle time and greetings, listening to music, meeting and trying different musical instruments, and even practicing silence are ways we include music in our mornings.
