                                            Music at EGCC

Worship services at East Granby Congregational Church are enhanced every week by beautiful music provided by the vocal choir and handbell choir. The ensembles have also performed in the local community and regional conferences. Accompaniment each week is provided by our very talented Juli Hall.

Worship is enhanced on a regular basis by instrumentalists and vocalists from within the congregation - both pros and amateurs! If you have a musical gift you would like to offer, please speak to our Music Director, Juli Hall. We strive to present a wide variety of styles of music, from the traditional to the contemporary, and we are sure that you will find there is something for everyone. Come make music with us!

Our Handbell Choir rehearses weekly on Thursday nights and provides music during worship one Sunday per month.

The choir rings 5 octaves of Handbells and supplements with hand chimes.  If you have the ability to read music and would like to ring with the group, you too are welcome to join in!

Get ready for something new!

The Contemporary Music Ministry has resumed

rehearsals on the 2nd Sunday of every month.

(After worship service).

If you enjoy current Christian music, like to sing,

and want to be part of a fun afternoon stick around after service and be part of the joyful songs of praise.  If you love to sing….let it ring!

Contemporary Music

Our Adult Choir consists of talented volunteer singers who offer their gifts in worship every Sunday between Labor Day and Fathers Day. The choir rehearses twice per week on Wednesday nights, and Sunday mornings before worship.

They also offer special programs during the year such as Music Sunday. The ability to read music is helpful but not necessary.
