Director, Head Teacher
Thank you to all who purchased mums at our fall sale! The flowers are beautiful, and we raised some much-needed funds for our non-profit school.
If you missed our sale but would like to donate money to our school, please contact us! We accept donations, and also have a wish list on amazon for classroom supplies. Thank you!
Teachers and full-time working parents take note:
A local in-home daycare works with us, dropping off and picking up children in our program who need all-day care. Please let us know if this option interests you!
We welcome students in Connecticut's Care4Kids program! See their website for more information.
Important Update: Fall Classes
We are currently open for a combined 3 & 4-year-old program for three days per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We are keeping our class size to ten students at this time, to enable more spacing in light of COVID-19. We still have a space in our program, so if you would like to enroll your child, contact us right away. We would love to have your child join us! If there is enough interest in additional enrollment, we may be able to re-open fully in November with a five-day program.
We are carefully following all state and local guidelines with regard to cleaning and prevention. As per the new state regulations, starting Monday, September 21, children in our program will be wearing masks while indoors. Children have two months to adjust to this change, so we will have until December 21 to fully transition to mask-wearing all the time while inside. Luckily, our weather has been beautiful thus far, and we have been having all class time outdoors on most mornings. We will continue to do so as long as weather permits. While our class meets outdoors, the only time we're inside (when masks are needed) is for hand-washing and restroom use. Teachers continue to wear masks at all times, indoors and out.
Thank you for your patience during this difficult time.
