Warning of the 285th Annual Meeting of the East Granby Congregational Church

 

The two hundred eighty-fifth annual meeting of the East Granby Congregational Church will be held on-line on Sunday January 30, 2022 at 1:00 pm using the Zoom computer platform.  The purpose of the meeting is to review and approve:

​

  • the annual Reports of the Pastor(s)/Officers, Ministries and Teams

  • the slate of Officers and Ministry Members

  • the 2022 Budgets for Current Operations and Missions

  • and act on other items on the agenda. 

  • No by-laws changes will occur.

 

The Annual Report, with agenda, will be available no later than January 23, 2022.

All members of the Church are encouraged to review the report, consider all agenda items in advance of the meeting and attend the meeting, so that they may actively participate in the discussions and actions to be taken.
